Greenhouse

School of Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism greenhouse pictures. Left: Table of fresh herbs sitting in the sun. Right: Climate control grow cabinet filled with plants.

The Greenhouse not only radiates lovely aromas and a picturesque backdrop while waiting to dine in our Casola Dining Room, but also serves as an area where students can see and touch the horticultural process from beginning to end. The greenhouse enables our students to apply the current topics of sustainability, farm to table, composting, and organics learned in the classroom into a hands on experience. This initiative exposes our students to the most current practices being used in the industry, giving them a fresh edge and hopefully a green thumb for the future.
