Your Chance to Shape the Future
Do you have fond memories of your time at SUNY Schenectady?
Perhaps you remember SUNY Schenectady as a place that gave you invaluable experiences, long lasting friendships, and the foundation for your success?
Now, we have an exciting occasion for you to give back and make a lasting impact through the Rising Together Campaign.
Rising Together is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a movement to strengthen our college and uplift current and future students.
Get Involved:
- Spread the word to your friends and fellow alumni. There is strength in numbers!
- Engage your Business. Volunteer at a speed-networking event. Talk to a class. Mentor a student. Sponsor a paid internship.
- Make a gift. Every contribution will help us fund critical programs, expand student resources, and create an alumni legacy that resonates across campus. Thank you to our donors!
The SUNY Schenectady Fund enriches campus life by subsidizing essential programs, resources, and events. Your support, at any level, will make a meaningful difference!
- $10,000 can support the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society program by covering dues, travel fees, and a recognition ceremony for approximately 80 students for one year.
- $5,000 will help us stock the food pantry
- $2,500 can provide one year of American Culinary Federation certifications for our faculty and graduating students.
- $1,000 can provide a professional development opportunity for a SUNY Schenectady faculty member to hone their teaching skills.
- $750 can provide a knife set and uniform for a new culinary student.
- $500 can fund the technology for our Many Voices One Call podcast for a year.
- $250 can provide caps and gowns for four graduating students.
- $100 will buy pizza for a student club meeting.
With your help, we can change lives and our community by creating opportunities for
students’ access to education and employment, removing financial barriers to training,
and inspiring them to see a path forward to achieve their dreams.
