Feldenkrais Method

Through gentle movement and guided awareness, the Feldenkrais Method can enhance coordination, performance, and overall physical comfort. Because the classes purposely make use of our nervous system’s natural ability to refine itself, Feldenkrais can help us unlearn bad habits we’ve acquired over time. The classes (called “Awareness through Movement lessons”) are typically done on the floor (mats provided, or bring your own) or in chairs. While beneficial even to athletes and dancers, they are suitable for the elderly, or even for couch potatoes. Register for Feldenkrais Method.
