Alumni ID Submission Form

With a valid Alumni ID Card, you have access to special discounts at a variety of local establishments and SUNY Schenectady resources that include Begley Library and Career and Transfer Services. 

To obtain your Alumni ID Card, please fill out this form. Your information will be verified and you will be sent paperwork to take to the College Store. Please bring your photo ID and $5 to cover the cost of the Alumni ID Card.
