Pane e Dolci opened on September 23 for the Fall Semester as a crowd of patrons anxiously awaited their turn to enter the popular on-campus bakery. Pane e Dolci features a fabulous selection of bakery products including breads, muffins, cakes, tarts, Danish pastries, cookies, and candies, all made by students in Commercial Baking I courses taught by Chef Rain O’Donnell, Assistant Professor, and Chef Vanessa Schulte, Assistant Professor. Bakery Manager is Rosalie Phan.

Located in the Toby Strianese Culinary Arts Wing in Elston Hall, the Bakery is open to the public during the Fall and Spring Semesters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Stop in and treat yourself to something delicious!
