Michael Stamets, CEC is an assistant professor in the School of Hotel Culinary Arts and Tourism at SUNY Schenectady County Community College. His specialty at the school focuses on Garde Manger, and Culinary Competition. He is a certified culinary judge by the American Culinary Federation. He holds Bachelors in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Delhi as well as an Associates in Applied Science in Culinary Arts. Before becoming an educator he was the Chef de Cuisine at Hanah Mountain Resort and Country Club. He is currently the Vice President of the American Culinary Federation, Capital District, Central New York. He is also a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
