A Message from Dr. Steady Moono, SUNY Schenectady President 

SUNY Schenectady has received just over $1.1 million through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act – or CARES Act. This funding will be used to manage student expenses resulting from the disruption of campus operations.

This means that, through an application process, many of you will be eligible to receive assistance with your emergency expenses, such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care. Impacted students are those who have experienced a financial hardship due to the disruption of campus operations as a result of COVID-19.

Applications are now available for you to complete and submit online on our COVID-19 webpage.
