Casola Dining Room Opens!

Much to the delight of patrons from throughout the Capital Region, the Casola Dining Room opened for the semester on September 23. The Dining Room features a different Regional American Cuisine menu each week during the Fall Semester. 

The Casola Dining Room is open for lunch at 12 p.m. and 12:30 on Tuesday and Thursday and for dinner at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

This fantastic dining experience is made possible by students and faculty chefs in the School of Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism:

Classical Cuisine I, taught by Chef Courtney Withey, Associate Professor

Regional American Baking and Pastry, taught by Chef Rain O’Donnell, Assistant Professor; Chef Vanessa Schulte, Assistant Professor; and Chef Michael Niccoli, Instructor

Dining Room Management and Operations, taught by Kimberly Otis, Associate Professor, and Rick Golding and Patricia Pendergast Novo, Adjunct Faculty Members.
