Spanish Cocktail

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Jamom Serrano
1/2 Cup Piquillo Peppers
1/2 Cup Manchego Cheese
1 TBS Good Quality Sherry

Method

Cut jamon, peppers and cheese into a small dice and mix with sherry. Let set for 30 minutes.

Serve on you favorite cracker or plain baguette
