Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure SUNY Schenectady adheres to the State
University of New York (SUNY) guidelines and compliance with the Open Meetings
Law (Public Officers Law§§ 100-111).

Policy

The Open Meetings Policy of SUNY Schenectady pursuant to the Open Meetings
Law is, and shall continue to be, governed by and subject to State University of
New York (SUNY) Policy #6602.
