Members of the SUNY Schenectady Class of 2025 crossed the stage during the College’s 55th Commencement on May 22, 2025, during an outdoor ceremony held on campus. Graduates earned their degrees, certificates, and microcredentials, in front of their families, friends, mentors, professors, College staff, and other vision supporters.

393 graduates were invited to participate in this year’s Commencement ceremony.
131 earned A.S. Degrees
36 earned A.A. Degrees
74 earned A.A.S. Degrees
37 earned A.O.S. Degrees
98 earned Certificates
23 earned Microcredentials
16 Smart Transfer students graduated through the Early College High School (ECHS) program
with their Associate Degrees at the same time they are graduating with their diplomas
from Schenectady High School.
4 international students from 4 countries were among the graduates.
5 military veterans graduated.
The Average GPA of the Class of 2025 is 3.12.
The Average Age for the Class of 2025 is 27 years old.
The youngest graduate was 16 years old and the oldest graduate was 65 years old.
