Capital Region Wind Ensemble: 1896! A Gilded Age Concert

Join the School of Music and the Capital Region Wind Ensemble for the first CRWE concert of the season.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students, and $5 for children under 10. SUNY Schenectady students with ID are free. Learn more about the Capital Region Wind Ensemble.

Pre-concert Gilded Age Talk and Q. & A. by Dr. Christopher Brellochs, Dean of the SUNY Schenectady School of Music: 2 p.m., School of Music, Room 215. From HBO’s The Gilded Age to SUNY Schenectady School of Music’s 1896: A Gilded Age Concert, Dr. Brellochs will discuss his involvement in both, insights into society at that time, and the significance of the year 1896 in the music being performed that afternoon.

Audience members are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing while in the auditorium.
