Located in Elston Hall, room 103 in the culinary arts wing, Boucherie is an artisanal charcuterie, salumeria and specialty market. Boucherie showcases a wide range of hand-crafted products produced by our Garde Manger students participating in the Culinary Arts Program. Our students produce a variety of charcuterie, air-dried hams, pickled vegetables and a large selection of fresh sausage for you to choose from. Our cured meats are made and aged using old-world traditional methods that we know you’ll appreciate when you taste our products. Please stop in and see what we are offering.
The Boucherie is open during the fall and spring semesters,
Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
