The Reservation Line for Spring 2019 Special Events will open at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019. Please call 518-381-1391 to speak to our reservationist.

For all evening buffet events doors open 6:00 p.m.; buffet opens 6:30 p.m.; $25.00 per person unless otherwise noted.
All lunch buffet events (Wednesdays); doors open 11:30 a.m.; buffet open 12 p.m.; $18.00 per person unless otherwise noted.

Black History Month Celebration

Noted Soul Food Scholar and James Beard Foundation Award-winning author, Adrian Miller describes soul food as “a lightning rod in our culture.” With many African American traditions centered around a communal table, it’s no wonder that dishes like fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, fried okra, and skillet cornbread are time-cherished family recipes. Enjoy the wines of another local vineyard located in Saratoga County. Fossil Stone Vineyards joins the SIPS for Scholarships Dinner Series on the SUNY Schenectady campus to offer select Fossil Stone wines to be paired with a 3 course meal prepared and served by students from the School of Hotel, Culinary Arts, and Tourism.

Our Trip to Italy
Join us as we bring you along to enjoy the foods our students will study on their culinary semester abroad in Italy. Foods from each region the students visit will be highlighted in this delicious event. $40 per person, includes donation toward student scholarships to help offset the cost of the trip.
