Kansas City Barbequed Ribs

Serves 4

2 racks smoked ribs

BBQ Sauce
1 C Ketchup
1/4 C water
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C brown sugar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

For the sauce: heat oil in saucepan, add garlic ans sate until brown.  Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes.

Heat the ribs through, portion and serve with BBQ sauce on the side.
