||¼ cup sliced
|All Purpose Flour
|Panko Bread Crumbs
- Combine potatoes, scallions, eggs, and flour.
- Tablespoon by tablespoon drop potato mixture into bread crumbs.
- Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown.
