Located in Elston Hall, room 102 in the culinary arts wing, Boucherie is an artisanal charcuterie, salumeria and specialty market producing a wide range of hand crafted products produced in-house by our Garde Manger students in the Culinary Arts program at SCCC. We produce a variety of charcuterie, air-dried hams, pickled vegetables and a large selection of fresh sausage. Our cured meats are made and aged using old-world traditional methods which we know you will appreciate when you taste our products.
The Boucherie is open during the fall and spring semesters,
Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
