The Craft Spirit Distillation Certificate program supports the college and the School of Hotel, Culinary Arts,
and Tourism by directly preparing students for immediate employment. Students will gain both theoretical
and practical experience related to the craft spirit distilling industry in North America. Graduates will be
well qualified to assume a variety of responsible roles in craft distilleries including distiller, distilling
operator, packaging staff, quality control personnel, sales and marketing staff, tasting room manager, event
and tour manager, and distribution staff.
