The classes (called “Awareness through Movement lessons”) are typically done on the floor (mats provided, or bring your own) or in chairs. While beneficial even to athletes and dancers, they are suitable for the elderly, or even for couch potatoes. This course is taught by Norman Thibodeau who completed the Feldenkrais Professional Training Program (800 hours) at the Feldenkrais Institute in New York and is authorized as an Awareness through Movement teacher by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.
